On 14th May 2025, Dept of Political Science, 6th Semester students and Faculties organized Voluntary works in Cleanliness and Beautification of College Campus with a focus to enhance the cleanliness and beautification of the College . Weeding, planting flowers and maintaining existing flowerbeds in different places within the College were done hoping to add vibrancy to the Campus landscape.
Students also carried out Cleanliness works - collecting and disposing litters and wastes in and around the plantation areas.Since students engaged in this activity were outgoing students, this programme provided an opportunity for them to leave inedible mark in the College.
Mr. Lalengmawia, IAS, the Commissioner of Higher and Technical Education, paid a visit to Govt. T. Romana College on May 13, 2025. The Commissioner was accompanied by some officials from the Secretariat and the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education. A brief meeting was held in the Meeting Hall to extend a warm welcome to the Commissioner and his team. The meeting was chaired by Mr. R. Lalremliana, Vice-Principal of Government T. Romana College, who welcomed the Commissioner and the other officials and provided a brief overview of the College’s history.
